Job Summary: This role will plan, direct and manage the diagnostic fit set commercial process to ensure sets are available and properly allocated to support monthly fit set forecasts as well as new product launches. They will be responsible for the policies surrounding free lenses to support Eye Care Practitioners with diagnostic lenses. Responsibilities
- Serve as the key commercial interface with marketing, sales, finance, sales support and other commercial functions - including supply chain and 3rd party vendors - to ensure diagnostic fit set forecasts and allocations are achieved on both a monthly and annual basis.
- Optimize the internal process to elevate the visibility of fit set allocation discussions and alignments across brands, customer marketing/corporate account leads and sales leadership.
- Analyze diagnostic lens placement and performance, including fitting status and ROI.
- Develop dashboard on key KPI's and lead a regular review to enhance to visibility of this performance scorecard to Sales/Corp Acct leadership and Brand team.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Brand Marketing and the Sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness of fitting set and trial lens spend, with the aim of reducing waste, accelerating ROI, and driving down the overall investment as a % of sales.
- Participate in regular meetings with cross functional teams including 3rd party vendor to determine build plans and priorities.
- Work with CooperVision marketing communications and brand marketing on the creation and management of fit set assets and branding. This includes managing inventory of existing assets, managing the budget, POs, and invoices.
- Be the single point of contact for the sales organization for fit set questions and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and adjustment process for the creation of new fit sets and modifications to existing sets.
- Act as a NA liaison for the Canadian team and 3rd party vendors.

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills

- Excellent organizational, project management and follow-through skills
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced skills preferred
- Ability to work with and manage complex Excel files
- Strong presentation skills, including creating extensive presentations and speaking in front of large groups
- Proven track record of leading and working with cross functional teams
- Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office and Outlook required
Work Environment
- Office-based with some travel to other CVI locations and 3rd party vendors
- Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job.
- There will be extended periods of sitting and using a computer.

Experience:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience of project management, financial analysis and product management preferred
- Experience in the contact lens industry, or related field, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $133,150.00 and $ 190,213.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
