The position requires ensuring staffing coverage, conducting site visits, and maintaining smooth operations across locations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to develop actionable solutions. The role is based just south of the Texas Medical Center.

Position Summary
Develops, plans, and manages activities of a school or program, functioning in a leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all program activities, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and develop policies and procedures.
- Manage budget, negotiate contracts, and report on progress and expenditures.
- Report key activities to upper management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies.
- Assist with reports and grant proposals.
- Interact with community and professionals, and present at meetings.
- Manage HR activities for direct reports, including recruitment, training, and evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years applicable experience
- Program-specific certifications may be required
Physical & Security Requirements
Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force, and comply with security-sensitive position requirements under Texas law.
Residency
Must reside and work permanently in Texas.
