Program Manager, Performance Responsibilities:
Globally responsible for Meta's performance evaluation program, focusing on: feedback products, guidelines, culture, and practices.
Redesign Meta's feedback culture, anchored in the performance evaluation internal system, optimizing for fairness and efficiency.
Manage cross-functional partners to create program guidelines and develop internal products accordingly.
Conduct ongoing research (interviews and focus groups) to understand, analyze, and evolve the overall performance experience.
Engage teams and stakeholders for project and program awareness, as well as for product launches and collaboration opportunities.
Partner with Diversity & Inclusion to drive consistency in how we evaluate performance across Meta's entities.
Partner with People Engineering to develop products, which support the overall performance experience.
Partner with HRBPs and executives on various roll-outs, and take charge of the oversight management, and implementation of the new changes to the current processes.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training and program changes and updates to Meta's c-suite and extend leadership.

Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. Also requires 8 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include at least 4 years in the following:

$258,950/year to $283,030/year + bonus + equity + benefits
