Required Skills:

Program Manager, Performance Responsibilities:

  • Globally responsible for Meta's performance evaluation program, focusing on: feedback products, guidelines, culture, and practices.

  • Redesign Meta's feedback culture, anchored in the performance evaluation internal system, optimizing for fairness and efficiency.

  • Manage cross-functional partners to create program guidelines and develop internal products accordingly.

  • Conduct ongoing research (interviews and focus groups) to understand, analyze, and evolve the overall performance experience.

  • Engage teams and stakeholders for project and program awareness, as well as for product launches and collaboration opportunities.

  • Partner with Diversity & Inclusion to drive consistency in how we evaluate performance across Meta's entities.

  • Partner with People Engineering to develop products, which support the overall performance experience.

  • Partner with HRBPs and executives on various roll-outs, and take charge of the oversight management, and implementation of the new changes to the current processes.

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training and program changes and updates to Meta's c-suite and extend leadership.

  • Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. Also requires 8 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include at least 4 years in the following:

  • Developing proactive measurement strategies for programs.
  • Designing inclusive program approaches to inform prototypes.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
  • Oversee product development to enable program design prototypes.
  • Develop change management strategies for programs.
  • Provide consultation on trainings and development programs to support performance management.
  • Prioritize program and product roadmaps.
  • Building long-term strategy documents to inform short and medium-term program design.
  • Public Compensation:

    $258,950/year to $283,030/year + bonus + equity + benefits
