Our client, a leading organization in project management, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various employee experience programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 2 Location: Puget Sound, WA (5 days onsite) Pay Range: $48 - $52 per hour What's the Job?
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design compliant complex programs from initiation to delivery.
What's Needed?
- 2-4 years of experience in project management.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
