Adecco is currently assisting a Client in their search to fill Program Manager Non IT positions located in Frisco, TX 75034

Pay Rate: $68.48 /HR

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Summary

· Engage with stakeholders (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

· Lead cross-functional workshops and translate business needs into actionable user stories for Agile teams.

· Design and document future-state master data processes ensuring scalability across product categories and distribution models.

· Apply best practices in data governance to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

· Partner with Agile teams for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

· Develop business process packets, workflow definitions, and data mapping documents.

· Ensure end-to-end data flow integrity from source systems to downstream applications.

· Leverage strong expertise in SAP Item Master (Products & Materials) and Stibo MDM (STEP).

· Support both Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Warehouse Direct distribution models.

Primary Skills

· 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, or related business process roles.

· Strong knowledge of SAP item master (products, materials - sales, plant, purchasing, warehouse mgmt).

· Expertise in Stibo MDM (STEP) functionality.

· Hands-on experience in Agile delivery.

· Deep understanding of CPG industry with focus on beverages/food.

· Route-to-market knowledge: Direct Store Delivery (DSD) & Warehouse Direct models.

· Proven ability to lead workshops, influence stakeholders, and deliver transformation outcomes.

Secondary Skills

· Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

· Knowledge of data governance and automation opportunities.

· Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

· Change management and process transformation experience.

· Exposure to beverage/food industry distribution requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of relevant experience in CPG industry MDM / SAP roles.
