Program Manager - MAF Tactical Data Link Situational Awareness (TDL SA) CONUS Full-Time | On-site | Contingent Upon AwardJoin Synertex LLC and bring your expertise to a mission that matters. We're seeking a Program Manager with a deep understanding of Tactical Data Link systems and program sustainment to support the Mobility Air Force (MAF) Tactical Data Link Situational Awareness (TDL SA) program. This role oversees full lifecycle sustainment for critical systems supporting global operations. • Lead all Operations Support (OS) and Depot Support (DS) activities from a CONUS-based depot to support global TDL SA system operations.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the Government Program Manager, ensuring timely communication on program status, risks, and performance.
• Establish a responsive management structure to monitor and direct all contract tasks related to MAF TDL SA sustainment.
• Oversee secure system sustainment, including OS support, network integration, configuration management, and depot maintenance.
• Manage logistics and field support activities including site surveys, technical documentation, risk management, and training coordination.
• Ensure system reliability and mission readiness across CONUS and OCONUS locations in accordance with DoD standards and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience supporting DoD communications, ISR, or C2 systems
• Direct experience with Tactical Data Links, mission systems integration, and sustainment logistics
• Familiarity with RMF processes, STIG compliance, configuration management tools, and TO/TCTO development
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Active Secret clearance
