The Opportunity
As a Program Manager at Acquire2Win, you'll be instrumental in leading our high-impact client engagements, directly shaping the success of M&A revenue acceleration initiatives. This role is critical for driving project excellence and ensuring our clients not only acquire, but Acquire2Win. You'll operate with a self-starter mentality, navigate complex situations with an annoyingly organized approach, and possess an unwavering eye for critical path items that directly lead to demonstrable business results like revenue growth and enhanced operational efficiency. You'll also play a key role in building the operational backbone of our rapidly growing firm.
What You'll Do: Driving Impact & Orchestrating Success
You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of our transformative M&A consulting projects, ensuring exceptional client outcomes and fostering our firm's growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Program Leadership:
- Take full ownership for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex consulting programs and projects, ensuring they align with Acquire2Win's mission to accelerate post-merger revenue.
- Demonstrate an understanding of core business problems, meticulously sequencing tasks, deliverables, and analysis to solve it. This includes orchestrating effective socialization and buy-in across all stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Effectively drive and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes or strategies across the organization.
- Manage intricate project timelines, budgets, and resources with precision, driving them to completion with proactive communication.
- Team & Client Coordination:
- Lead with strategic guidance and a tailored approach to maximize client impact.
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, adeptly managing communication, setting clear expectations, and tactfully inserting yourself to identify actions or address challenges.
- Proactively monitor program progress, identify potential risks and issues before they escalate, and implement effective, innovative solutions to keep things on track.
- Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables and consistently drive client satisfaction throughout every engagement, building enduring relationships rooted in trust.
- Driving Innovation & Accountability:
- Actively come up with innovative ideas to optimize project delivery, enhance our methodologies, and improve client value.
- Exhibit a strong self-starter mentality, taking initiative and raising your hand to tackle challenges, regardless of direct instruction.
- Maintain robust accountability, both for Acquire2Win's commitments and for ensuring client stakeholders meet their responsibilities, fostering a partnership built on mutual commitment.

- Experience: Typically 3-5+ years of experience in project or program management within consulting, corporate development, or a relevant industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.

- Proactive Problem Solver: A true self-starter mentality who can anticipate challenges, come up with ideas, and tactfully insert themselves to drive solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Client Management: Proven experience as a primary client contact, adept at building relationships, managing expectations, and navigating complex client dynamics.

Competitive Compensation:
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): We offer a competitive OTE of $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. This includes a performance-based bonus of up to 15%.
- Base Salary: A strong base salary, complemented by a transparent and achievable bonus structure tied to individual and firm performance.
