Job Description :

Senior Program Manager to oversee complex, high-value customer programs in the defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships at a senior level, and drive programs from kickoff through delivery. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience managing technical programs and a strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple complex programs, ensuring alignment with technical, contractual, and business goals.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly revenue plan/forecast and brief General Manager on performance to plan.
  • Serve as the senior liaison for major customer accounts.
  • Manage interdepartmental coordination and resource allocation across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Purchasing.
  • Own program performance metrics, including cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and recovery strategies.
  • Facilitate program status reviews, design reviews, and customer meetings.
  • Manage scope changes and contractual updates with full documentation control.
  • Mentor junior project/program managers or coordinators as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field(or equivalent work experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
  • Strong understanding of government/defense contract requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-priority programs.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, and NIST 800-171 requirements.
  • Experience working with customers aerospace & defense
  • Background in electronics or power systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and technical documentation management.
