Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager with a strong background in Managed Services to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects that align with our organization's long-term goals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring service delivery excellence, and driving operational efficiency across managed service engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Domain: Banking & Financial Services only — look for candidates having hands on experience with Fixed Bid Project as this is the key.
- Program Oversight & Strategic Alignment
- Lead and manage multiple interrelated projects under a unified program strategy.
- Ensure all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Managed Services Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of managed services including IT infrastructure, cloud services, application support, and cybersecurity.
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate executive-level reporting and governance reviews.
- Resource & Budget Management
- Allocate resources effectively across projects and service lines.
- Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement governance frameworks and audit controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in program management, with at least 2 years in Managed Services.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery models, and enterprise IT environments.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
