Position: Programs Manager
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000
This role is focused on the administration, coordination, and ongoing support of established programs. The Programs Manager will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution, strong communication, and continuous customer satisfaction. While not a senior-level position, this role is key to maintaining and supporting existing programs through detail-oriented program management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration and oversight of assigned programs.
- Support new product introductions by coordinating scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor and report program status, ensuring alignment with schedules and customer requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; address and resolve customer concerns.
- Partner with sales to understand customer needs, provide program support, and identify future requirements.
- Coordinate product changes, contract reviews, and program workshops.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards (AS9100) and safety procedures.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in program coordination, administration, or management.
