The Program Manager will report jointly to the Senior Associate Dean for Clinical and Translational Research and the Director of the Data Science Institute (DSI) at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. This position is essential to supporting the operational, strategic, and programmatic activities that advance clinical and translational research and data science initiatives at Einstein and Montefiore Health System. The Program Manager will play a central role in managing, coordinating, and implementing a range of programs and activities that support the missions of both the ICTR and DSI.

Required: Bachelor's degree in science-related field and 5+ years of related experience required.

Scope of Responsibility
The Program Manager will work collaboratively with administrative staff across the ICTR and DSI, delegating and coordinating efforts as appropriate to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless completion of projects. They will ensure alignment with Einstein's institutional policies and procedures and support compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key contacts include leadership, faculty, trainees, administrators, and support staff within Einstein and Montefiore, including the Dean's Office, departmental and center administration, and core service units. Primary collaborations will involve ICTR core directors, DSI leadership, and faculty members engaged in clinical and translational research and data science.
