TekPro Support Services is seeking a Program Manager to support our new mission with the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, CA. This role is 100% onsite and requires a Secret Clearance.

• The Program Manager, a key position, shall be responsible for providing technical expertise in the overall planning, direction, and successful execution of all requirements outlined in this SOW.
• Ensure that all project goals and objectives are achieved within the specified time frame, budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Provide program and project management services including, but not limited to:
• Program Planning and Control
• Resource Management
• Risk Management
• Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) development
• Budgeting and Cost Management
• Schedule Management
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Documentation Preparation and Transmittal
• Quality Control

• Masters degree in mathematics, engineering, M.B.A., or other technical degree
• 12 years of relevant experience supporting professional and administrative support services programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management
• Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner
• Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) familiarity
• Excellent communication and briefing skills
• Experience with cost, schedule, and performance metrics as they relate to program execution
• Program and personnel management experience
• Risk management policies and assessment capabilities
• Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command
• Proven experience managing a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors
