Wise Path Recovery Center in Williamson, West Virginia is seeking an experienced and motivated Program Manager to join our leadership team. What You'll Do As Program Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) team and drive the training, development, and performance of frontline staff. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our program delivers compassionate, person-centered care while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support BHTs and counseling staff
• Oversee program execution to meet clinical, regulatory, and operational goals
• Implement training programs and performance improvement plans
• Respond to client incidents and safety concerns
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to treatment schedules
• Collaborate with the Program Director on strategic goals and quality initiatives
• Represent Wise Path Recovery in the community and build key relationships

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in human services, business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years in human services, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of behavioral health treatment and program operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Commitment to upholding client dignity, safety, and recovery
