Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented individual…To join our team as a Program Manager. This role will be directly managing the Energize Connecticut Quality Control Inspection contract, and will work with our clients and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery. Directs all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Ensures the development process is congruent with current market trends, program goals, and client needs. Acts as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the client. Analyzes problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations on marketing actions. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to program plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Determines the profitability and viability of new products or program enhancements. Develops strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups over the entire life cycle. - Manage one or several concurrent contracts $2m-$5m annual revenue w/out incentives
- Execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) typically consisting of 7-15 people
- Typically has direct people management with span of control for 2-7 people
- Programs may have significant complexity and risk (new client, new product, etc.)
- May create technical content & intellectual property

- Strong working knowledge of residential building science
- BPI certification preferred
- 5-8 years project management
- 2+ years people management
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidate must reside in the New England region and be willing to travel to Connecticut for client events/meetings on a monthly, quarterly or as needed basis
Target Compensation...$95,500.00 - $105,000 depending on experience.This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employmentdrug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license,andindividuals provided a conditional offer of employment mustsuccessfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment.Compensation Range$95,500.00 - $143,200.00CurrencyUSDTypeSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.
