Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, a designated Level 3 Medical Home, is the largest federally qualified health center network in New York State, and the second largest in the nation. Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager. The successful candidate will join the Healthy Families Sunset Park program, a home visiting initiative aimed at supporting positive parent-child bonding, promoting child and family health, and enhancing family resilience. This role involves collaboration within a healthcare system and with external stakeholders.

The Program Manager will develop and guide the program to achieve its objectives, bringing experience in human services management, home visiting programs, and family-centered primary prevention services. Responsibilities include ensuring service delivery aligns with the HFNY model, monitoring databases, reporting, and participating in community and perinatal task force committees.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide reflective supervision and support to staff
  • Coordinate staff development and training
  • Ensure program services adhere to the HFNY model
  • Monitor databases and complete reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate community partnerships
  • Participate in leadership meetings and community events
  • Facilitate staff meetings and ensure proper documentation
  • Utilize data for program evaluation and quality improvement
  • Support outreach and recruitment activities
  • Ensure program performance targets are met
  • Assist with budgets and contractual processes
  • Review assessments and support high-risk participants
Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in public health, human services administration, or related fields, or Bachelor's with 3+ years relevant experience; or less than a Bachelor's with equivalent experience. Must have management experience in human services, quality assurance, and a willingness to engage in reflective practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

Infant mental health endorsement preferred.

Salary range: $79,698.01 - $88,200.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
