Position Summary:We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager. The successful candidate will join the Healthy Families Sunset Park program, a home visiting initiative aimed at supporting positive parent-child bonding, promoting child and family health, and enhancing family resilience. This role involves collaboration within a healthcare system and with external stakeholders.
The Program Manager will develop and guide the program to achieve its objectives, bringing experience in human services management, home visiting programs, and family-centered primary prevention services. Responsibilities include ensuring service delivery aligns with the HFNY model, monitoring databases, reporting, and participating in community and perinatal task force committees.
Job Responsibilities:Master's degree in public health, human services administration, or related fields, or Bachelor's with 3+ years relevant experience; or less than a Bachelor's with equivalent experience. Must have management experience in human services, quality assurance, and a willingness to engage in reflective practice.
Preferred Qualifications:Infant mental health endorsement preferred.
