Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, a designated Level 3 Medical Home, is the largest federally qualified health center network in New York State, and the second largest in the nation. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager. The successful candidate will join the Healthy Families Sunset Park program, a home visiting initiative aimed at supporting positive parent-child bonding, promoting child and family health, and enhancing family resilience. This role involves collaboration within a healthcare system and with external stakeholders.

The Program Manager will develop and guide the program to achieve its objectives, bringing experience in human services management, home visiting programs, and family-centered primary prevention services. Responsibilities include ensuring service delivery aligns with the HFNY model, monitoring databases, reporting, and participating in community and perinatal task force committees.

• Provide reflective supervision and support to staff
• Coordinate staff development and training
• Ensure program services adhere to the HFNY model
• Monitor databases and complete reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate community partnerships
• Participate in leadership meetings and community events
• Facilitate staff meetings and ensure proper documentation
• Utilize data for program evaluation and quality improvement
• Support outreach and recruitment activities
• Ensure program performance targets are met
• Assist with budgets and contractual processes
• Review assessments and support high-risk participants

Master's degree in public health, human services administration, or related fields, or Bachelor's with 3+ years relevant experience; or less than a Bachelor's with equivalent experience. Must have management experience in human services, quality assurance, and a willingness to engage in reflective practice.

Infant mental health endorsement preferred.

Salary range: $79,698.01 - $88,200.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
