We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee key initiatives across multi-family residential real estate development, property financing and acquisition, clean energy development (geothermal, solar, EV), construction, and property management. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and project management expertise to drive multiple programs forward in alignment with company objectives. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring program success, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a culture of collaboration. - Develop, implement, and manage multiple programs that support strategic business objectives.
- Align program goals with company priorities and establish key milestones for success.
- Standardize program management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Guide and support teams to ensure projects remain on track and deliverables are met.
Revenue Alignment & Priority Setting
- Ensure programs contribute to revenue growth and align with financial targets.
- Assess, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to high-impact initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate program performance and adjust priorities as needed.
Project Management & Timely Execution
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Promote transparency through regular status updates, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Drive efficient workflows and proactively address delays to ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.
- Effectively communicate program status, risks, and successes to leadership and key stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvements for better outcomes.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, successfully leading complex initiatives.
- Strong expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet), Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and data reporting tools.
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in real estate financing, development, or construction.
- Experience in clean energy sectors (solar, EV, utilities).
- Background in a high-growth startup or fast-paced work environment.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote setting.
Pay: $96,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits:
