The Education Project Manager I RQI Improvement Program plays a key role in delivering and supporting performance-focused resuscitation training under the American Heart Associations Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) program. This role combines traditional BLS instruction with coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to help healthcare providers achieve and maintain high-quality CPR performance through frequent, low-dose, high-frequency training. Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding and orientation of healthcare providers into the RQI program, including device use and program structure. Support RQI station operations by monitoring usage, providing real-time feedback, and troubleshooting technical or instructional issues. Coach learners on CPR psychomotor skills using objective feedback from RQI manikins (e.g., depth, recoil, rate). Deliver in-person or virtual Heartsaver and BLS Provider updates when needed, maintaining fidelity to AHA guidelines.
