BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager I to join our dynamic team at Holston Army Ammunition Plant (HSAAP) in Kingsport TN. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives, and complex facility development and construction. Responsibilities:Lead a cross functional project team of project management, engineers, contracting, finance and operations professionals to successfully deliver large scale (>$100 M) highly complex Capital Investment projects on time, and within budget. Accountable for profit and loss for assigned projects. Handle preparation and delivery of briefings and reports for executive leadership and government customers.
