Job Summary

Manages programs directly impacting the company, developing workstream leads and business analysts. Oversees relationships with multiple stakeholders and executives, ensuring the quality of project delivery. Leads large, complex programs/projects in a cross-functional environment, directing activities of various personnel using professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Job RequirementsEducation and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent: Required
  • Master's Degree in health administration: Preferred
  • Five years' related experience: Preferred
  • Two years' healthcare experience: Preferred
  • One year leadership experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification: Preferred
Essential Functions
  • Reports on program progress, ensuring requirements are documented and project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Leads organizational change management initiatives aligned with Adventist Health's strategic goals.
  • Facilitates requirements gathering, develops project plans, and manages scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Prepares and manages project documentation, status reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitors and reports project performance, addressing issues proactively.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
