Qualifications:

• Master's degree completed in a relevant field
• BCBA in progress is preferred
• Strong background in ABA, program management, and clinical practices
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback while being a team player
• Bilingual skills are a plus

About the Role:

As a Program Manager in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Intercare Therapy, you will be essential in managing and overseeing evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders. Your goal is to enhance independence and the quality of life for our clients and their families.

You will work in the field as the onsite case supervisor, demonstrating expert case management skills. Your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring clinical programs, supervising Behavioral Interventionists (BIs), and providing education and training for caregivers. This role requires a willingness to travel 30 to 60 miles daily and supervisory availability anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend sessions.
