Program Manager Director - APTIM : Job Details

You will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the State and local public safety for jurisdictions within the northeast states. Your role will focus on business and relationship building to foster growth in APTIM's preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation sectors. You will also support projects for Federal clients.

You will apply your Architecture knowledge to projects for agencies such as the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Federal Transit Administration, FEMA, and coastal protection authorities. Examples include federal support buildings, DOE facilities, housing projects, maintenance facilities, infrastructure projects, site development, and rapid disaster infrastructure.

• Establish strategic relationships at Federal, State, and Local levels to facilitate access and drive business growth, targeting at least 3 new partnerships in the first year, with a projected revenue increase of 20%.
• Generate revenue by developing client relationships and leading teams to deliver high-quality services, aiming for at least $5 million in new contracts within two years, contributing to a 15% revenue increase.
• Demonstrate expertise in EMDS programs by leading at least 3 successful projects with at least 10% efficiency or cost savings.
• Develop project plans, assemble personnel, create timelines, and ensure 90% project completion within deadlines.
• Provide advisory services to government agencies, securing contracts valued at a minimum of $1 million in the first year.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with government and industry partners, aiming for partnerships worth over $3 million within 18 months.
• Introduce process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, targeting at least 2 initiatives with 10% cost savings.
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal regulations in project implementation.
• Develop capture plans and proposals, aiming for a win rate of at least 30%.
• Employ consultative selling to increase contract value by 15% through differentiation.
• Support capture teams in pursuit planning and proposal development for at least 5 efforts over $2 million each.
• Create documentation and tools for presentations, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards.
• Ensure all project designs conform to applicable architectural codes and standards, maintaining 100% compliance.
