GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:The Program Manager at Whitney Young Health is responsible for the supervision and delivery of specific Community Prevention and Treatment Services grant-funded programs ensuring that they are running smoothly, while attending to both team and patient cohort needs. The Program Manager will provide direct supervision for all staff members employed under the assigned CPTS projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of statistical information and programmatic outcomes.
