  • Global Controllership - Business Process Excellence
  • The Global Controllership - Business Process Excellence team is responsible for the roll out and the day-to-day management of our internal Business Process Excellence program ().
  • The Business Process Excellence team facilitates kaizens and provides coaching and guidance to the Global Controllership team on continuous improvement.
  • Our geographical scope spans four main locations; Amsterdam, London, New York and Los Angeles.
Job Overview
  • The Business Process Excellence Program manager will be accountable for:
  • executing and evaluating the Business Process Excellence Program providing training, coaching and guidance to the Global controllership team facilitation and management of process improvement initiatives
  • This includes engaging with employees across all levels of the organization to identify and scope Business Process Excellence related improvementopportunities, conduct fact-based analyses and problem solving, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business impact through improvement in cost, customer and employee experience.
  • The successful candidate will be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about end-to-end processes, is metrics and number savvy with an analytical mindset, has proven change management experience and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric and ever-changing environment.
  • Business Process Excellence Program execution
  • Design, plan, organize, facilitate and follow-up on trainings, projects and events with the ability to switch back and forth between facilitative leader and driver as situations dictate
  • Coaching of cross functional teams to ensure delivery of disciplined, data-driven, well-documented improvement initiatives
  • Train and coach teams on KPI selection and design
  • Encourage, motivate & foster an environment for teams to be receptive to change
  • Global tracking of strategic goals and projects and facilitation of annual strategy planning
  • Recognize and address improvement roadblocks for teams and organization
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree level and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a program or project role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g. green belt, black belt, master black belt or other)
  • Experience in change & project management, stakeholder management and influencing people without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management and senior leadership
  • Capacity to think strategically and innovatively

  • Strong political acumen, able to tailor style and approach to influence teams and individuals to gain the commitment and performance required to deliver on our strategic goals.
  • Pro-active approach to delivery, identifying and neutralizing threats to success; positive approach to addressing conflict.
  • Previous experience working with remote teams, international experience a considerable plus
