We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with proven experience in the aerospace industry to join our team at Euless Aero Components, LLC. This role is responsible for overall management of key customer programs from initiation to execution. You will oversee costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements to ensure successful contract milestones.

Euless Aero has been the industry leader in manufacturing critical components for the aerospace industry for more than 50 years. Current certifications: ISO 9001 and AS 9100 Rev-D Manufacturer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Program Execution & Leadership

  • Lead and manage multiple key customer programs from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure program objectives align with contractual requirements and company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Maintain customer portals with current schedules and status of orders, updates to dashboards and key metrics.

Schedule & Performance Management

  • Develop, maintain, and execute program schedules to meet contract milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting program delivery.
  • Drive performance metrics, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities through regular meetings and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, operations, supply chain, and business development teams.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify process improvements to enhance program execution efficiency.
  • Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and performance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving within the team.
  • Manage overall program/project cost, schedule, and risk of assigned programs and present program status at program reviews to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer program management; aerospace or defense manufacturing industry .
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; capable of concurrently managing multiple customers, contracts and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, Customer portals (such as Exostar, or similar), and digital document control platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Ability to read and understand complex drawings and process specifications for commercial and military aircraft machine parts and assemblies.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Previous experience working in ISO 9001 or AS9100-certified environments
