Program Manager Position Overview To successfully manage programs to profitability from early design or manufacturing stages to end of life stages by coordinating team activities and deliverables. Key Performance Objectives Short Term: (0 to 6 months) Serve as the point of contact for customer issues that may arise. Lead a cross-functional Customer Focus Team to successfully attain positive customer satisfaction and company profitability. Drive program launches using Project Management skills, including timelines using Microsoft Project and following a disciplined NPI process. Midterm: (6 to 18 months) Conduct internal and external business reviews to communicate the state of the business to all stakeholders Longer Term: (>18 months) Continue to grow in the position by picking up new customer wins.
