Position: Program Integrity Audit Officer

Compensation: $65,000-$70,000

Employment Type: Full-time position consisting of three 10-hour weekday shifts (Monday–Friday) and one 6-hour weekend shift.

Reports To: Chief Compliance Officer

The Arc Mercer is the premier provider of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Mercer County, NJ. We provide residential, day, transportation, and mental health services alongside recreational opportunities in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive audits of program sites to ensure quality, compliance, and operational integrity.
  • Develop and implement metrics and auditing tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • Facilitate on-site training for employees at all levels, from frontline staff to managers.
  • Ensure adherence to DDD licensing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Align auditing practices with agency initiatives, providing real-time audit metrics to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in program auditing, quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory oversight.
  • In-depth knowledge of DDD licensing standards, Medicaid regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking/reporting software.
