Program Finance Analyst Location: Lynchburg, VA Pay Rate: $35 - $38 per hour. Position Overview. We are seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, cubical/office environment. This role will support programs ranging from $1 M - $30 M and will be responsible for analyzing program cost, cash flow, and change orders. The Program Finance Analyst will work closely with program managers, systems engineers, and leadership to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to ensure program success. Key Responsibilities. Manage, prepare, administer, and direct the control of budgets for large and complex programs. Conduct detailed financial analysis and support program management decision-making. Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and cost reconciliations. Forecast program revenue and costs on a monthly basis. Drive actual-to-forecast analysis and provide variance explanations. Prepare Hyperion and SAP reports as needed.
