Job Location : New Orleans,LA, USA
The Program Evaluator will lead all evaluation components for the Louisiana Cancer Prevention & Control (LCP) programs including the following: development and implementation of evaluation plans; development of evaluation reports; and the development and implementation of quality improvement (QI) feedback and assessment plans and tools. He/She will also lead epidemiological initiatives through knowledge of emerging best practices.
Minimum QualificationsRequired Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Health Communications or related field.
Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience in program evaluation. A Bachelor's degree in an unrelated or non-health field with three years of relevant full-time work experience in program evaluation may substitute for the degree discipline requirement. A Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
Preferred QualificationsPreferred Education: Master's degree in MPH or MS in Epidemiology, program evaluation, health policy, bio-behavioral health, applied statistics.
Preferred Experience: Experience evaluating public health or community programs. Knowledge of and experience working in cancer control. Experience working with clinical data.
