Program Director (School Age Child Care and Camp) - The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America : Job Details

Under the general direction of the Executive Director of SACC (School Aged Child Care) and Camp, the Program Director is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising a high-quality School Age Childcare program at multiple off-site locations, while establishing positive relationships with schools and the local community. The Program Director will also oversee summer camp operations.

• BA/BS in Education or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing SACC or Youth programs.
• Prior staff supervision and curriculum implementation experience required.
• Supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.
• Preferred knowledge of New Jersey Childcare Licensing Standards to ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices.
