Job DescriptionJob Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules and project budgets, monitors projects from inception through delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. The primary focus is project/program management, with technical team members as needed. The role requires senior program management expertise, governance oversight across operational and strategic portfolios, and strong leadership skills. The candidate should be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, managing multiple priorities, and dealing with ambiguity. Responsibilities include managing strategic relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT, and overseeing issue escalation and resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manages programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert and leads programs to meet critical needs
• Escalates gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance to senior management
• Develops business case methodologies and coordinates implementation of business strategies
• Collaborates with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Job QualificationsRequired Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $80,412 - $188,164 / year. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, and skills.
