Program Director-Langham Creek Y - YMCA of Houston : Job Details

Develops, organizes and implements high quality programs focused on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility and designed to make the YMCA the place for individuals and families in the community. Essential Functions: Offers high quality programs through innovative program development. Ensures programs comply with YMCA of Greater Houston standards and operations to adhere to all state, local and YMCA health and safety regulations. Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs staff and volunteers as needed. Reviews and evaluates staff performance. Develops strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals. Ensures all direct staff have completed necessary certifications to be in compliance. Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information, may organize and schedule program registrations. Works closely with supervisor to plan and execute social media plan for the center.
