Since our inception, we have focused on in-home and in-community services that promote the healthy development of children, adults, and families through one-on-one behavioral, educational, and daily-living supports.SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet all financial and operational goals for the office team by maximizing market penetration
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly billable hour expectations with Services Coordinator team
• Provide leadership to maximize department efficiency via administeration of company personnel policies and procedures
• Direct team activities while maintaining employee relations. This will include but is not limited to hiring, training, motivating, evaluating and counseing or coaching

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in the field of mental health/developmental/intellectual disabilities
• Minimum of three (3) years experience with marketing and strategic planning
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
