Program Director - Spectrum Health : Job Details

Location: Framingham, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm (can be flexible if needed)

Pay rate: $39.66-$50.25/hour

The Program Director is responsible for:

• Clinically, financially, environmentally, and operationally for the site assigned.
• Ensuring that the outpatient treatment services are delivered in a manner that promotes customer service and excellence in service delivery.
• Utilization of services and market potential are maximized.
• Working closely with all members of the team to ensure effective, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health or other related field required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position preferred.
• Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
