Program Director - Find Great People | FGP : Job Details

Are you desiring to live on mission and impact the local community through your work? A local nonprofit organization serving middle and high school students from under-resourced communities is hiring a Program Director. To be successful in this position, you must be passionate about the mission and eager to be personally involved in students' lives. This position utilizes relational, project and program management, and administrative skills.

This is a direct hire, onsite position in Greenville, SC. During the school year, hours are 11am-7pm from Monday to Thursday. Standard hours on Fridays and summer months.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Executive Director and oversee 1-2 direct reports
• Strategically plan high-quality, mission-aligned programming across all age groups
• Enhance the content, theories, measurables, logistics and delivery methods of all programming
• Develop strong relationships with students, families, and schools
• Support program staff, interns, and volunteers
• Manage ISP (Individual Success Planning) for students
• Assist with transportation (after-school, field trips, activities, etc.)
• Participate in all events and programs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience serving in nonprofit, ministry, or other life on life positions
• Strong leadership skills
• Classroom management skills
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability

Benefits & Compensation:

• $50,000 - $55,000
• PTO + school holiday schedule
