Employment Opportunity: Program Director for Gymnastics-Multifaceted Sports Facility.Join Our Team!We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Program Director to lead and inspire our gymnastics, martial arts and sports facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for coaching and a love for working with both kids and adults.Position: Program Director/Gymnastics Coach.Location: Mpact Sports Inc. 121 Seaboard Lane Franklin, TN 37067.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the gymnastics and events programs.
• Develop and implement training programs for recreational and competitive XCEL gymnastics Manage and mentor a team of coaches, ensuring high standards of coaching and instruction. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
• Plan and coordinate events, schedules and showcases.
• Maintain a fun and inviting atmosphere for all participants.

Qualifications:

• USAG certification is required.
• Proven background in coaching competitive JO and/or XCEL gymnastics.
• A knowledge of circus sports is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills as well as a team player.
• Excellent communication skills with both kids and adults.
• Enthusiastic, fun, and inviting personality.
• Passion for training and developing coaches.
