Program Director - CREDO COMMUNITY CENTER : Job Details

SCHEDULE:Full-time: Monday-Friday 8 a-4:30 pm. SUMMARY Coordinate and supervise program and staff providing a full array of individual, group and rehabilitative services to persons adversely affected by chemical abuse or dependency, in a residential setting. Maintain oversight of both clinical and programmatic operations of the program. Ensure person-centered care is provided to all residents. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the program, to include but not limited to, staff meetings, utilization reviews, and quality assurance measures in compliance with regulations. Responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations. Review and sign off on clinical documentation; maintain patient files in accordance with OASAS regulations.
