Job Summary: This role provides management and leadership to the clinic team daily, working with Medical Directors, Regional Directors, staff, and support teams to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Essential Functions:
- Manage, guide, coach, and discipline staff according to standards.
- Provide training and development for staff and contractors.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruiting.
- Maintain a safe environment for staff and patients.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements.
- Oversee daily financial transactions and data accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and patient paperwork completion.
- Identify clinic needs and recommend improvements.
- Develop patient group counseling sessions.
- Monitor patient activities and participate in audits and conformance processes.
- Conduct treatment team meetings to ensure high-quality care.
- Set local business plans and monitor key performance indicators.
- Manage profit and loss, drive results with self-pay and third-party payments.
- Accurately collect patient financial responsibilities.
- Prepare necessary reports.
Essential Qualifications:
- State-specific education, licensure, or certification.
- Knowledge of substance abuse treatment, applicable laws, and practice management.
- Minimum three years in Human Services or related field; one year management experience; multi-unit healthcare experience preferred.

Job Requirements: The Program Director must have one of the following:
- Five years of full-time experience in alcohol and drug treatment, including opioid treatment program experience with at least one year in an administrative role.
- Bachelor's Degree plus four years of relevant experience, including one year in an administrative role.
- Master's Degree plus three years of relevant experience, including one year in an administrative role.
