Rite of Passage is hiring a Program Director at The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center in Harrisburg, Arkansas.

Pay: $80K - $90K depending on education & experience

What you will do:

The Program Director is responsible for ensuring the quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services, in accordance with Rite of Passage policies, federal, state, and local regulations, licensing, and laws. The role includes managing day-to-day site operations such as budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, marketing, staff development, and training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing site operations, policies, and procedures
• Overseeing educational and vocational departments
• Ensuring safety, health, and welfare of staff and students
• Overseeing clinical services, education, vocation, and health programs
• Representing the site as chairperson for management meetings
• Overseeing daily program delivery and facility maintenance
• Maintaining communication with student athletes and overseeing medical and food services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's preferred)
• Minimum of five years' experience in residential facility management
• Empathetic, patient, respectful
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, physical, and TB test
