Come join our island of misfit toys!Position Summary:Necco has an opportunity for a career as a Program Director of Intensive Home-Based (IHBT) Services. This is an exciting position where no one day is the same! The Program Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining fidelity to the IHBT model, and achieving positive clinical and financial outcomes. The Program Director will foster collaboration with OhioRISE Care Coordinators, schools, and community partners to support youth and families with in-home and community-based services.You Should Be Accurately Described As:A happy warrior who thrives on leading from the front with strategic thinking. Ridiculously passionate about the company's success, growth, and program quality.The Candidate Selected Will Be Responsible For The Following:Leadership, Growth and Development
- Provide supervision and coaching for clinical program staff
- Build and maintain relationships with OhioRISE and other referral sources
- Use data to drive initiatives aligned with Balanced Scorecard objectives
- Train and support staff in hospital coordination and referral processes
- Monitor and coach staff on productivity expectations and caseloads
- Provide clinical and/or billing supervision as needed
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear, measurable goals
- Assign mentors and provide professional development opportunities
- Provide clinical coverage during staff PTO to ensure service continuity
- Model and enforce Necco's culture and values across the team
- Encourage learning through fail forward growth mindset
- Promote program growth through community outreach and referral development
Performance & Operations
- Manage service authorizations and resolve held claims to ensure reimbursement
- Screen incoming referrals for program fit and eligibility
- Oversee the development and review of client treatment plans
- Approve service plans and ensure alignment with IHBT model
- Complete IHBT leadership training and maintain certification
- Ensure 24/7/365 clinical on-call rotation for IHBT client needs
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
- Maintain strict adherence to the IHBT fidelity model and documentation standards
- Participate in audits and quality review processes at the state and agency level
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and agency policies
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams regarding subpoenas and court records
- Report all critical incidents promptly to state leadership
- Uphold ethical and legal obligations including mandated reporting
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation

Position Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Independent licensure
- Ohio: LISW, LPCC, IMFT
- West Virginia: LPC, ALPS
- Kentucky: LPCC, LCSW
- Minimum of three years' experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families
- Proficiency in computer and documentation systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage
- Ability to pass all required criminal background checks
- Willingness to travel and participate in training
