Program Director I, Social Services - YMCA of Greater Seattle Washington : Job Details

This Program Director role presents an excellent opportunity to lead a passionate and skilled team dedicated to supporting children, youth, and young adults involved in the Ys WI - Se (Wraparound with Intensive Services) program. The Program Director is responsible for supervising a group of care coordinators, each managing a caseload of up to 10 youth aged 0-20. The teams work is guided by WI - Se principles, emphasizing family voice and choice, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Collaborating closely with the WI - Se Program Director the Program Director ensures that the services provided are both client-centered and culturally sensitive, while also fostering strong partnerships with other WI - Se stakeholders in the community. This position is at the Social Impact Center, the social services branch of YGS.
