Program Director, Full time Freshstart, Duluth, MN - Prairie Community Services : Job Details

As a Program Director, you will be responsible for all aspect of 24-hour operations of the program, that includes continuous supervision of the overall operation of the program regarding persons served care, safety, personnel, finance and physical plan to meet the needs of each person served. Maximize person served skills by formulating a plan of rehabilitation that is person centered and in accordance with their Treatment Plan while working alongside the Treatment Supervisor and Program RN to review, approve and coordinate all admissions; to provide immediate supervision, training, leadership, program direction to the staff to maintain recorded and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain adequate personnel to ensure the program is in compliance with the Department of Health, Department of Human Services, American with Disabilities Act and OSHA; to carry out PCS policies and procedures.
