The Program Director / Director of Rehabilitation oversees the total operations of the acute rehabilitation program, ensuring clinical and administrative excellence. This leadership role is responsible for budgeting, program development, staff management, quality improvement, and productivity across an interdisciplinary team. Serving as the primary representative of the program within the hospital, the Director models effective communication, policy adherence, and strategic growth.
