This position would office out of Bowling Green, KY - - - What You Get To Do:The Program Director/ Area Manager is responsible for providing managerial oversight and operation of a segment or portion of a segment of business. This position is also responsible for personnel, program, coordination of services and supports and the maintenance of high quality service and supports to vendors, persons served and other stake holders. Duties include, but are not limited to:Assure that services are in compliance with licensure and regulation standards. Assure the ongoing presence of choices in the participants lives. Maintain responsibility for the management/supervision of all personnel in designated area of responsibility. Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for personnel. Assume a leadership role in the development and implementation of organizational philosophy, policies and procedures.
