The responsibilities include the coordination of supervision, training, and supporting staff delivering treatment-related services to clients. Develop and implement staff training and development programs, maintain statistical information for research, and support staff to ensure clients receive appropriate services based on assessed needs.

Scope of Duties:
  • Interact professionally with clients, staff, and community members, respecting confidentiality and policies.
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and training sessions.
  • Prepare budget recommendations based on operational needs.
  • Ensure contract compliance and develop positive relationships with funding sources.
  • Oversee facility operations, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and monitor service quality.
  • Assign duties based on staff qualifications and conduct evaluations.
  • Provide staff orientation, education, supervision, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure safety standards and address licensing and compliance issues.
  • Participate in external coalitions and meetings, provide program feedback, and review service delivery.
  • Oversee drug and alcohol screening and ensure timely reporting.
  • Complete required certifications and attend court or parole hearings as needed.

    • Occasionally smell and stoop; regularly use hands, reach, stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and lift up to 10 lbs.; observe surroundings.
