What You Will Be Doing

• Architect our playbook for national scale, including curriculum blueprints and technology infrastructure, with clear success indicators
• Craft the cultural DNA to ensure excellence across campuses while honoring local identity
• Spearhead market expansion through data-driven pilot programs, optimizing for growth and learning outcomes
• Champion our vision through compelling storytelling, demo days, and investor presentations
• Pioneer AI integration to enhance marketing, assessment automation, and scalable insights

Program Director Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to design, validate, and proliferate a revolutionary multi-campus educational model that consistently delivers exceptional student outcomes, drives enrollment growth, and creates sustained parent demand across the nation.

Basic Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial track record with $1M+ revenue ownership and authentic connection to our student community
• Demonstrated ability to translate innovative concepts into thriving businesses, backed by compelling public advocacy
• Expert knowledge of next-gen learning approaches including eSports, gamification, and virtual education
• Natural communicator who shines in public speaking, video content, and long-form storytelling
• Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools for business optimization
• Results-oriented strategist with a passion for data-driven system building and rapid iteration
• Based in the US with flexibility for monthly Austin visits (approximately one week per month)
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term contract as an independent contractor with Crossover as Contractor of Record. The base compensation is 200 USD per hour, with weekly payments. The role envisions substantial impact across a national network of campuses.
