Program Director Key ResponsibilitiesYour core mission is to architect, validate, and proliferate a revolutionary school model that consistently delivers exceptional student outcomes, drives explosive enrollment growth, and creates unprecedented parent demand across the country.Basic RequirementsThe ideal candidate brings:

• Battle-tested experience as a founder or early-stage operator who's personally driven $1M+ in annual revenue, with meaningful connections to our target student community
• Proven ability to transform innovative concepts into thriving businesses, backed by compelling public advocacy
• Expert knowledge of next-gen learning approaches including esports, gamification, and virtual education models
• Natural talent for captivating audiences through various media channels
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools for strategic analysis and operational optimization
• Sharp analytical mindset with a track record of building and refining data-driven systems
• US-based with flexibility to spend approximately one week monthly in Austin
• Authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
