Worldwide Professional Solutions is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Program Data Entry & Reporting Clerk to join our growing team in Malta, New York for a large-scale manufacturing construction project.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and dependable. The Program Data Entry & Reporting Clerk will support federal reporting requirements for projects funded under the CHIPS and Science Act. This is a great opportunity to get involved in high-impact work supporting America's semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure.

While prior experience with CHIPS Act regulations is not required, familiarity with Davis-Bacon principles is a plus. Local candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and maintain data related to federal program compliance, including payroll records and certified documentation
  • Assist in compiling, organizing, and submitting reports to support CHIPS Act auditing and compliance standards
  • Support internal teams by tracking, updating, and verifying key compliance data
  • Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with federal guidelines
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to gather necessary information
  • Help identify discrepancies or missing data and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative coursework is a plus
  • 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or compliance support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information
  • Familiarity with Davis-Bacon Act or prevailing wage principles is helpful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
