Program Coordinator Raleigh - Acadia Healthcare : Job Details

Care for patients by overseeing their activities, providing companionship and assisting them with dressing, bathing, eating and other needs. Co-lead groups and collaborate with treatment team members to help patients meet their treatment and/or care goals. Coordinate with other staff to ensure all designated services are received. Monitor the daily well-being of patients and identify need for social intervention. Ensure all documentation regarding the program, such as care, treatment or incidents, is completed in a clear, concise, professional and timely manner. OTHER FUNCTIONS: Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field required. Previous experience with population of the facility preferred. First Aid, CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
