Of this position: The Program Coordinator of Mountain Challenge assists with the operation of the Mountain Challenge and other Fit, Green, Happy programs. Minimum Qualifications Required: (please be specific and respond to every question; indicate none if not applicable) Education required to ensure success in this position: Bachelors degree, required. Experience required to ensure success in this position: Experience managing student-facing programs. Experience in training and development. Experience in managing part-time staff and volunteers. Special skills, knowledge, and abilities: Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to solve practical problems and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and programs. Strong ability to plan and organize.
