Job Title: Program Coordinator – Nonprofit Initiatives (Contract)

Pay Rate: $40/hour
Contract: Starting with 8 months
About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the execution of a leading financial firm's signature pro bono initiative. This role sits within the Community Affairs team and focuses on delivering a high-impact, skills-based volunteer program in partnership with nonprofit organizations.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional coordination and communication skills, a passion for social impact, and experience juggling multiple moving pieces with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Program Managers in the full life cycle of program delivery
- Coordinate logistics for program events, trainings, and meetings
- Schedule interviews and meetings with internal staff and nonprofit partners
- Draft and update program materials (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Track participation metrics and volunteer hours
- Maintain internal and external communication, including follow-ups and updates
- Liaise with nonprofit partners and internal teams to support engagement and resolve issues
- Assist with writing press releases, newsletters, and internal blog content
- Provide general support to the broader Community Affairs team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of professional experience in a program, nonprofit, or project coordination role
- Excellent organization and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience managing logistics, schedules, and cross-functional communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Zoom
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
- Experience in corporate social responsibility, community engagement, or philanthropy is a plus
